I started yoga with Sam Rao back in 2006 mainly as an antidote to marathon running. Over time it has become an important part of my life moving from a weekly to a daily practice.
I completed my teacher training in India studying with Sivananda in the Himalayas. Sivananda is a classical and holistic approach to Hatha Yoga that stretches and tones the whole body and maintains the health and happiness of the practitioner.
