My classes are suitable for all abilities, from those new to yoga to experienced yogis.
Or maybe you did yoga some time ago and now it’s time to come back.
Classes include asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing exercises), meditation and relaxation.
Some mats and blocks are provided. If you have your own and want to bring them you are very welcome.
Please wear clothing that allows you to move easily.
