My yoga classes are for men and women of all abilities, from those new to yoga to experienced yogis.
Or maybe you did yoga some time ago and now it’s time to come back.
Classes include asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing exercises), meditation and relaxation.
My style of yoga provides clear directions allowing you to feel confident in each posture.
Some mats and blocks are provided. If you have your own and want to bring them you are very welcome.
Please wear clothing that allows you to move easily.
£10 per class or £45 for a book of 5 tickets. You can pay by card/contactless, cash or cheque. Tickets are valid for 6 months and can be used in any Twyford Yoga class, so that’s Yoga with Lynn and Yoga with Phil.
